Rank securities by % gain during the day

Does anyone know how to have Tradestation rank securites by percentage gain.
I would like to be able to know the biggest percentage gainers during various
times of the day.

If possible I would also like to have the securites to be separated as to
whether they are Nasdaq or listed so as to have a separate ranking for each?

Finally if possible, to show along side the stock the % of its volume to the
volume of the S&P index, or as an alternative the S&P Dep Receipts, (symbol
SPY)

For example
