You can extend the current chart into the future with the DataExtender.
It's available at

I think the original question was about extending "beyond" the last bar,
i.e. in the future. In TradeStation, you can't draw anything past the last
bar.
The extend right selection, just keeps a trend line going as new bars are
added to the chart.
