I do not agree.
Just have a look at the CAC 40 in Paris, the volatility has been
constant since we went electronic.
Besides, look at the DAX which never traded any other way than
electronic and tell me if this not a volatile market. !!!
Regarding the S&P, you cannot say that it is volatile, but rather, much
too erratic, which is different !!
