If signal online is running 6 seconds faster than BMI/DTN, should one conclude
that you are reporting that BMI/DTN is lagging <whatever the base is> by more
than 6 seconds? Is the base the receipt of data in-house from the Bridge data
feed, if not what is the base? Is the base coming in via modem, cable,
satellite? Any elaboration on the test platform would be helpful.
