I have SC4 and my understanding is that the real difference in the abscence
of the Power Editor. SC can have more indicators up at once than care to
have. My templates tend to have between 3-5 on each template. Run through
4-5 templates in seconds if you want to(that's 20-25 indicators, not
counting trendlines and drawing tools.
