I have a 57year old friend who just received high six figure settlement that
he has in a 5% CD . He is looking for guidance. He is retired and lives off of
the interest income. He is married and has one child, who is starting college
in the fall, he has no mortgages to speak of due to the fact that his lease
income on properties more then makes up for that
Could anyone recommend any viable sites that he can analyze? Can anyone
recommend a system or investment method that will derive more then his current
5%?
