TS just shows what it was sent.  If the stock moved up or down in after
market hours then ts gets its closing quotes from your data feed which is
whatever the market (nyse etc.) sends out as the closing price to bmi,
signal or whoever, which then transmits it to you.  You can check it out by
loading a tick chart and look at a quick quote at the same time and you
will see the differences at once.
