RE: Fw: Solicitation for business on Internet

Well, that site really changed in the last couple of days. No more tables
of trades that happened the past several months. Maybe they didn't really
happen. That part of their site was really informative, if it was true.

They do have a chart of a recent trade. From looking at that chart and the
indicators, it looks like the system consists of the following:

1. Hourly bars of the S&P
2. A 21 bar simple moving average
3. A 3 bar momentum of the 21 bar MA.
4. A 1 bar simple moving average (ie a line connecting the closes)
5. Swing points of strength 2

I am not sure of the trading rules, but it seems mostly due to the position
of the momentum indicator.

I am not saying this to crack somebody's system. I am just making
observations from a sample chart. This seems to be an expensive system for
what it consists of. No, I don't need to be told that I know "the cost of
everything, the value of nothing." I realize that this may be a profitable
system. But it seems to be more of a textbook example rather than an
expensive, propriety system.

And, as with any system, the ultimate success of this technique will depend
on the mind and money management of the trader. I hate people paying big
money (with no refunds) for a basic system promoted as some secret to
success. And then it turns out being a couple of simple indicators with
obvious rules. It has to be a non-refundable secret before you buy, because
if you knew what you were buying, you would never spend that much money for
it. Like when Peter indicated this particular system was worth a couple of
hundred dollars to learn some ideas. It wasn't worth a couple of thousand
dollars.

| I was on the site just today, if any of you can look in your
| C:\Windows\TemporaryInternetFiles\cache files you probably
| have his old site in memory and it
| would probably be a good thing for Andy to have. You can just
| click on the files and the web browser
| will pop up the old pages that are still in memory. The emails
| he made with those profit claims are
| really enough to protect Andy from any legal business that type
| of guy might try. Besides I imagine
| the NFA looked at the site today the same as I did.
