Yahoo (www.yahoo.com) not only has quotes but a free & easy news ticker
applet. You customize it with your symbols and types of news headlines
you're interested in and it creates a actual ticker on your screen, separate
from your browser. I keep one going on the bottom of my screen throughout
the day.
