I think every one should read the last article in the current Barron's P.55 I
for one am sick of uncle sam and big brother. THERE IS NOT a CTA. type rule that
applies to equity trading. Why the implication that persons who trade futures
are less able to protect themselves than stock traders. Why do future traders
need uncle sams protection. It seems that vendors have enough trouble with the
CFTC, and are currently suing under first for first amendment rights, which they
feel have been violated, and I for one agree. Like wise no one should buy and
trade a system without the ability to understand it.
