I'll agree that knowingly publishing protected material on the internet is
wrong. But...

Yes, but this does not constitute software piracy. What it is is an infringement
of a software licensing agreement. This is not a criminal offense. Don't take
my word for it though. You can get as many people to report this to the FBI as
you like.

Your money's safe. However - be warned that cheap threats like this may indeed
prompt a less scrupulous person to do so to spite you, and especially if one
knows how to do so anonymously. I do realize that this property, whatever its
quality, is important to your livelihood, and I do have a high regard for
protecting intellectual property, but a less hostile approach in attempting to
guard it would be better advised.
