Re: daily data collection

Dear Khalid,

Let me explain why he was rude.

I specifically identified the Dow Jones feed in my answer to "volume" in
FOREX. I did not say the the tic volume was normal for everybody but
specifically for the Dow Jones feed. I was trying to be helpful and did
not expect to be attacked.
Now read his answer to me in effect telling me I don't know what I am
talking about and changing the content of what I said.
Do I understand that the prices and just indications? Of course I do - I
helped develop the database for Teletrac in 1989-90.
Do I know what the "volume" number represents, you bet I do.

I don't mind when someone disagrees or questions me. I do mind when the
tone is rude.

Best regards,

Manning Stoller
