TS_KIT.DLL / TS Express

I'm looking for the file TS_KIT.DLL dated 2-11-93 (my version is dated 3-26-92) so that I can plot equity curves in TS3.5 per TS Express article in issue SO94. I checked Omega's Web site and they don't seem to have that file (USERSDLL.ZIP) listed.

If anybody has this, I would appreciate a copy.
