Sadly, I believe the answer is no.  Omega currently provides no
way for users to add data of their choice to the live database.
Maybe if enough people demand this capability, Omega will relent
and will open up their data format.  It's relatively easy to
construct .dat files for TS3.5 that can then be pasted in, but
the proprietary .omz format introduced in TS4.0 means one has
to mess about directly within one's 40bonn.dat file, as far as
I know.  All this has to be done externally to TS, of course,
with custom data-manipulation software.
