Try http://www.locutuscodeware.com/ there is something called "Socket
Watch" that does that or will update whenever you log on, your choice.
You do have to pay about $7.00 I think but it is very good. There is
also some other cool stuff there. If you don't like it you can always
uninstall. It is shareware.
