EL Question Re Horizontal lines

Can anyone help with the following EL question?

I have marked every swing point that meets my criteria and now I would like
to
draw a horizontal line from each swing point.

>From what I have already tried I managed to join the points up with a
trendline but this isn't what I want.  I would like horizontal lines from
each of these points as they are identified.
