Hi Gerald,
I don't know if it will work with AOL, but a shareware product called
PingPong could do the trick. It "pings" a server of your choice every x
seconds or minutes. In layman's terms, it is automatically generating
internet activity every so often so that your ISP thinks you're doing
something.
If it doesn't work with AOL for some reason, dump them and go with a less
expensive local ISP. That's better all around anyway.
You should be able to find PingPong by searching Yahoo.
