intra-day index data (NF, @CBN, @CIS, TRAN) for 1992 - 1995 period

Hi,

does anybody have intra-day tick data (either Omega omz format or ascii
file format) for the 1992 - 1995 time period (1/2/92 to 12/31/95) for
the following indices:

1)  NYSE Financial Index (Bonneville symbol NF, Signal symbol $NF)
2)  Nasdaq Bank Index (Bonneville symbol @CBN, Signal symbol $BANK)
3)  Nasdaq Insurance Index (Bonneville symbol @CIS, Signal symbol $INSR)

4)  Dow Jones Transportation Average (Bonneville symbol TRAN, Signal
symbol $TRAN)

I already have the daily price data (open, high, low, close) for these
indices, but I would very much like to acquire the intraday price data
for these indices.
