  I have a surge protector that the satellite installer sold me that takes
inputs from the coax cable and the phone line as well as the power cords.
It is a DITEK model DTK-6TAC. I don't know where you can get it, but I see
a phone number on the box for the company: 800-753-2345. Maybe they sell
direct.
