Well, I'm new to this conversation, but I'll happily attach my name to the
following.  For the sake of setting the record straight:

I called the Postal Inspection Service in Boston (617-464-8000) just now.
They looked at the computer and told me the following:  "Omega Research has
indeed been the subject of four [not 1000!] complaints by people who claim
they lost money thru doing business by mail with Omega, going back to 1993.
 They are currently being investigated.  There may or may not be many other
complaints against them with relevant FL agencies (Better Business Bureau,
Consumer Affairs, Attorney General's office, etc.), but the Postal Service
is aware of four complaints."
