I tried the 3 aformentioned symbols to no avail. Not in my symbol unverse.
Any ideas?

BMI doesn't broadcast the NHs or NLs. As I recall, there was
a post here a while back suggesting that BMI customers call
and demand that they do so. I did and presume others did as
well but it doesn't appear as if it had any impact.
As for the last three, try UVOL, DVOL, and TVOL
respectively.
