OK, I love these kinds of questions.
The question is self-contradictory. At the limiting speed of light, 
theoretically, most particles will have infinite mass, which would require 
infinite energy to do any kind of work, including flipping a switch, and 
thinking about flipping a switch.  That's why his time frame slows down to 
zero: nothing happens.
