Greetings :
It was brought to my attention that John Brown is not teaching my S&P day
trading course. And I don't have any reasons to believe that he's not
honoring the disclosure agreement he's signed with me. In my
correspondence with John Brown, he's assured me, once more, that he's not
been soliciting any students and he will honor our agreement. I trust and
respect him for doing so. I hope I didn't cause any misjudgment about him.
In any case, I apologize for any wrong doing.
Best Regards, Ned Gandevani
