I'm having trouble figuring out how to use the free data at the Omega site -
whenever I try to bring it in using the downloader, it keeps trying to call
up DialData. In case you couldn't tell, I'm a new user. There aren't any
instructions at the Omega site -- just a disclaimer. Any help will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
