The book to which you refer is called "New Concepts in Technical Trading
Systems". A bookshop may tell you it is out of print because, as far as I
am aware, Welles Wilder never distributed it through bookshops. Instead
he published it himself and sold it by mail order via his company called
Trend Research. I understand he has retired and that his business is now
run by his children under the name: The Delta Society (another of
Wilder's developments).
