If you paid by credit card, send a letter of complaint immediately to
the bank issuing your card per their procedures (usually on the back of
your statement). This will ultimately get you your refund; it will also
save you from having to pay interest on the amount while WOW uses your
money (the bank will charge them for it).

P.S.: This is disappointing news, after thinking that WOW was going to
be everyone's knight in shining armor. I guess that role is going to go
to Bob Brickey's TradeLab.
