Sheriff's Reminder: CCing list members and Crossposting

 Many of you have the habit of CCing the list member you are responding to.
 This seems pointless since that individual will get the message just as
fast via the list (unless they are on digest such as myself).

Additionally, many also crosspost between 2 or 3 different lists.  Since
many of us are on all the same lists , why not choose just one list for
each thread?
