There is (or used to be) a program called LapLink that did a
port to port (serial or parallel) transfer from one computer
to another.  It worked ok when I used it (years ok) - but I
doubt it's state of the art these days.  I don't know about
the Jaz or Zip drives - but I use an Iomega ditto drive
(tape) - and haven't had any problems with it.  I've heard
that the I-mation drive is slow - but that's just
second-hand information.  Robyn
