Here we go! The key here is the phrase "within 4 months". What does that mean
regarding when you will get your money back? Who will be the judge as to whether
the system made money (regardless of whether you did or not)? At the end of 4
months if it made x-$'s (say $100) then he owes you nothing? At the end of 3
months say it lost x-$'s (say $40,000) then you have to wait for the 4 th
month? Even if it recoups any drawdown that it has during the 4 months, are you
still sticking with it to get your trading account back?
Make sure you know what "the agreement" is that you are agreeing to!
