Hello,
I currently work for DBC, BMI in the sells department but worked in
tech support for 5 years. I can help some of you with your data problems
but will not do so on this board. The reason being what is right for one
customer may not apply to the next. So pls do not post some thing I say
as "gospel"" If you need help you can e-mail my hotmail acct.

are another department :( but I will be more than happy to forward
e-mail to the right people.
Data feed issues must be dealt with on a case by case basis because so
much of it can be "local" to your PC or connection. Also Software
problems will be refereed to the software company if I do not know the
answer.
I am familiar with 90% of the software that runs on both feeds but I am
not up on all of the solution providers. I am looking for a software
package for a customer that will give Boolean news bars and help him set
up some trading channels that are similar to fibonacci lines. I posted
some stuff abut the requirements for this guy yesterday. If any one has
an idea of a solution provider that can do this pls e-mail me. Thanks
