Wasn't really planning on throwing it out... although some of the foreign
indices are so screwed up as to be almost worthless.  I guess what I want
to know is how difficult is the old Dial Data to merge with the CSI data.
Is it a march of death up till 4:00 AM three nights in a row or is
relitevely simple?

Are there programs around that will do the conversion for you.
