End of day change over

For the last two years I have used Dial data for my end of day information.
I haven't been particularly happy with the quality of the data, with the
lack of many of the foreign markets and indicates and what on at least two
occasions very inadequate (in fact almost rude) support. Additionally I
get very tired of having charts rendered unusable by a bad tick. Dial Data
does nothing to rectify a bad tick with an error download file.

I choose dial (I've also used Genesis before 4.0) because of the seamless
ease of use within trade station. I like to trade... not mess with
computers and data bases.

Here are the questions... 1) How hard is it to use CSI compared to dial.
2) What about the years of Dial Data that I have collected? How hard is it
to convert or do I just write it all off? 3) How difficult is it to set up
4.0 to use anything other than Dial.

Any input will be appreciated.

Stewart.
