I'm trying to find out if/when officers at a company called Computer Access
International (symbol CPAQ on the Bulletin Board) sold their shares recently
and how much.
The company just announced the president is stepping down to serve a jail
sentence for tax fraud, but it appears he reached a plea bargain agreement
back in 1996. This announcement comes very soon after the one year
anniversary of the start of trading in the stock. Since I believe the
withholding period for insiders is one year, I'm sure this announcement was
delayed to let the insiders bail out before the collapse.
I don't even know if a penny stock like this is required to report such
sales, but if anyone has a lot experience using EDGAR or any other related
electronic database, I'd appreciate some directions on how to do the search.
