Tick Data -> ASCII

Allan Kaminsky inquired about converting large amounts of tick data to
ASCII.

I have been crying for a better way to do this for several years.  There
is a slightly better way - load the tick data into a chart (2 to ?? days
at a time, depending upon how active the issue is), then display the
"Data Window", click on the control-menu button (upper-left corner of
data window) and choose "Send to file".

I have been promised that TS v5 will have no practical limit to the
number of data (ticks or bars) which can be loaded into a chart and
that, therefore, I can load and then dump to an ASCII file as much data
as I want in a single operation.
