Excellent response. 
Another idea:  You learn to pull the trigger without hesitation by doing it
a lot.  Set aside some money to cover potential losses and say: this is
what I am going to pay (or what I may have to pay)  to learn how to pull
the trigger without hesitation.  Then set up a very short-term signal and
force yourself to trade five or ten times a day.  Obviously you should not
risk much on each trade, but just do this over and over for a week or two.
Chances are you will not end up a loser but the point is not to make money
in this exercise but to learn the executional skill of pulling the
trigger, and eliminate hesitation is taking signals.   This works.
