I do this all the time in 3.5.   Copy everything out getting the 4 files
mentioned.  (Note over 30 megs).   Then I delete the Bonn.*, and bonn5.*.
THEN, I move the Dat file from where the copy out was done back to where the
bonn files where and I rename it back to bonn.dat.    Then I go into the
offline server, and it automatically rebuilds the bonn.idx.   Next I run the
morning update and it builds the bonn5.* files.      This should also work in
4.0.
