EK appears to lack most of the attributes of a good short. Prices have put
in a good base although it should have gotten much closer to 70 on the
second leg of the rally off the bottom. Price action on both legs has been
strongly confirmed by OBV. The fact that it is one of the highest yielding
Dogs of the Dow is sure to attract additional investment. Finally, one
should excercise great caution in betting against management which controls
both the statement/restatement of earnings and the cash kitty which can be
used to fund buybacks.
