How about the Franklin Mint? You can post your offer on the "Bradford
Exchange" where those Norman Rockwell plates trade. : ) Actually, I'd try
a couple of your local coin dealers to get an idea about what "fair" is.
Alternatively, you can look in Coinage Magazine and check out what the
dealers are offering. But I think you'll do just as well with the locals,
and you'll have to pay shipping/insurance costs to send it far away.
