I too have had problems with various data vendors.
Unfair Advantage was Not an advantage. There were constant 'updates' on
their website,,almost daily.
Genisis was so bad I don't care to comment.
Pinnacle was great, but their portfolio of contracts offered was too
limited for me.
I finally found one that 'does it all'. The service is Glance Market
Data Services. The name of the program is Future Access. They have all
of the futures and cash data,,plus indicies. Check it out on their web
site http://www.glancedata.com/.
The person to talk to is Al Bueckert, the owner. Their software is in
DOS at this time,,very easy to work with. Al will set you up and get you
running. They have a windows version coming out I believe in 3 months or
so. His phone number is (604) 926-8830. Their data collection is through
a toll free call.
