The best tool would be a bunch of Sun's or Crays, a staff of 
engineers, software developers, mathematicians, physicists, 
data-integrity administrators, some risc-specialists, some AI 
specialists, a few guys to call in the trades  and one top-level 
manager who runs the unit so you can play golf.
