Thanks for taking the time to put the Phillip York letter on your website.
Since you're obviously in close contact with the "TS alternative" software
company, I just thought you might want to point out this letter on your site
to their staff.  If they really want to impress (and lure away) existing TS
users, they'll avoid as many of the bugs Phillip listed, and incorporate as
many of the features he suggested as well.
