the expert Ribbon in an expert can only display a binary result, it cannot display a running count.
Example
Buy:=If(C>Mov(C,10,S) and Sum(C>Mov(C,65,S),3)>2),1,0);
Sell:=If(C<Mov(C,10,S) and Sum(C<Mov(C,65,S),3)>2),-1,0);
Signal:=Buy-Sell;
Signal;
Bullish = Signal=1
Bearish =Signal=-1
all else =0
