[EquisMetaStock Group] Data

Can anybody tell me alternative sources of data for uk markets? my investment methods rely heavily on metastock and accurate index and volume data, but at the moment my provider is not supplying me with volume for the ftse 100 index, which is a real difficulty for me. any suggestions as to how I can get around this, or alternative providers of data you have found reliable for uk? I have tried inserting in in the downloader, but it gets wiped out every time I update. am using datadirector 3 from paritech uk
