Actually you can visit one of Roy's work in here. I think the
system is called "trade equity" system that concept evolve arround fractal
principle.
Just pay attention to future referencing and the effect of
it. It looks good from the benefit of the hind sight. but again my suggestion
is just visit his web page, give it a go to his subcription as he is offering
the tweek version of the above mentioned system.

I think "Roy Larsen" is the best guy in guiding you. I have seen his web page
and some of his works align with Bill's principle.
