Another example is OmniTrader, which is now my main tool for system development and screening my trades.
OmniTrader can access the Visual Basic compiler in Windows for me.
It also has other advantages that I like.
I still use Metastock for its charting capabilities.
I tried AmiBroker; it is a good program and relatively close to MS in its use.
I prefer OmniTrader because of the additional capabilities.
