Since Wai wants to look for stock with RSI STAYS below 20 for more
than 5 periods, below are the minimum sample:
today RSI < 20
Ref(RSI,-1) < 20
Ref(RSI,-2) < 20
Ref(RSI,-3) < 20
Ref(RSI,-4) < 20
Ref(RSI,-5) >= 20
so, BarsSince(RSI>=20) > 5 will return the expected result
BarsSince(RSI<=20) > 5 will return RSI below 20 five period ago not
stays below 20 for five period or more.
