I really don't get the impression that these are rewritten indicators. Therefore you should find the indicators as part of those included with metastock. What I believe you will find in Schaap's book is a method or system on how the indicators should be traded.
Also note that there is an error in the built-in ADX indicators so your best bet is to use the ADX Raw which has been mentioned here before just to make sure that you don't run into the problem.
