I have the same issues.  I am running one machine-lots of memory-with two screens.  On one I have Advanced Get RT and on the other I have MS Pro V10.  My favorite intraday indiacator is the MACD Divergence by Metastock Tools but at least once a week as I flip between issues MS freezes.  I phoned Tech support once but they wanted a more specific error than freezes- frankly dont know how you could be more specific but I am technology challenged.  Interestingly, E-signal/Advanced Get never freezes, and it would seem that the indicators that I run on it, MOB, elipse, etc are much more complex than the relatively straight forward MACD divergence.  Any ideas on tweaking MS for peak performance?

How did you delete the files in the data demand cache - where are those

I had a Metastock expert freeze again in the morning. Went in and deleted 
all the stuff in data demand cache folder and it was fine through the 
afternoon. This is a real pain. I will call tech support if it happens again 
tomorrow. I can't afford this to happen to me when I am doing real day 
trading. Fortunately, I am mostly running the trades using a IB simulation 
account so that I know I can do it before throwing too much real money into 
it. Of course my R/IRA trades real using slower intraday charts. This is not 
a game.
