1. If I wanted to put an alert in for options expiration day,
dayofthemonth(21), for example in March? Any way to make that a
reoccuring alert for the options days in the rest of the year?
2. Pages 289-292 of Metastock 10.0 manual has a listing of:
Trend Indicators
Volatility Indicators
Momentum Indicators
Cycle Indicators
Market Strength Indicators
Support and Resistance Indicators
It would seem a system builder would want to take one or two
indicators from each section to make a system.
So for instance, I might use a Forecast Oscillator (Trend) with a ATR
(volatility) and a Market Strength indicator with entry/exit points at
the Support and Resistance levels. But you also need to strive for
simplicity.
Anyone care to confirm or deny my direction?
