You should consider "Quantitative Trading Systems" by Howard Bandy.
He is self publishing it at Blue Owl Press.
In this book Howard covers many commonly used TA systems along with
backtested results and commentary. The code for each system can be
downloaded off his website - he uses a different programming language
than MetaStock, but the concepts and results are worth the price.
